Selamat Hari Raya dan Maaf Zahir Batin

Sempena penghujung bulan Ramadhan yang mulia ini saya sekeluarga ingin mengucapkan Selamat Hari Raya dan Maaf Zahir Batin kepada semua rakan-rakan, pembaca Invest and Travel serta pembaca buku Panduan Mudah Membeli Rumah Pertama Anda.

Semoga kita telahpun dikurniakan serba sedikit pahala di Bulan Ramadhan dan diampunkan dosa-dosa kita oleh Allah.

Sungai Gadut Komuter Station and Cendol Leman Dawi

Sungai Gadut Komuter Station is the new station toward Southern after Senawang. It is the only Komuter station which is elevated and futures islanded platform.

From Seremban, you can use the old road (federal road number 1) to reach Senawang and Sg Gadut. Just a few kilometer from from the komuter station is the infamous Leman Dawi cendol stalls.

The cendol stall is famous due to unlimited free filling of the cendol and free barley water. But the cendol taste for me is only moderate (compared with Muar Cendol where our Prime Minister eat cendol when he visit Muar) or at Mamak stall near PJ.

Leman Dawi the owner of the stalls has very colourful character. He love to chat and can remember many statistics and trivia about the world (e.g. Population, gender, state capital etc)

Alhamdulillah my books officially launch at KL International Book Fair, PWTC. Before the official launch, soft launch was held at Jusco Wangsa Maju and even before the official launch it was a hit an need to reprint again.

Anyway thanks to the True Wealth staff for their hard work to make the event very successful.  The event is also an opportunity to me to meet True Wealth's writer. All of them have a deep passion and knowledge that enable them to share their knowledge to Malaysian. I was very proud that most of them is Malay and quite young. Even they can keep the knowledge within their circle, they take the opportunity given by Azizi Ali and True Wealth to continue educate Malaysian toward good financial knowledge and habits.

I never expect Jengka got a descent resort for holiday. Jengka actually located in the very centre of Malaysia Peninsular. The area which is formerly located deep in the forest now converted into agricultural centre of Malaysia. The resort is located 20km north from Jengka town. 

If you are from Kuala Lumpur, please use Lebuhraya Pantai Timur and exit at Chenor/Bandar Jengka. From the exit to the resort is around 1 hour of you drive leisurely. You need to pass throught the Jengka Town. Drive another 10 km until you see a T-Junction with BH Petrol Pum Station on your left and just after you turn right there will be a Shell Petrol Station.

Felda Residence Tekam is actually part of Tun Abdul Razak Agricultural Research Centre. The self contain area also got itself an 18 hole golf course, mini market, mini petrol pump station and a mosque.

Hotel Thistle, Port Dickson, Malaysia

Hotel Thistle is one of the best 5 star hotel in Port Dickson. Port Dickson is a beach located about 1 and half hour drive south of Kuala Lumpur. A few years ago, the beach attraction is nothing to shout about. But thanks to the recent upgrade by the state government, the beach is now cleaner.

This hotel got many highlight. Among the thing is spa, 18 hole golf, boot camp, 3 big pools and infinity pool beside beach. During night time, the infinity pool is also a bar.
