The Sanderson is the latest project done by Newfield Property. The developer just completed the project this month and in the process of handover to the buyer.

Overall the project concept is good as you can see for the picture. And after touch up for some minor defect the place is will be a great place to live.

This is one of the last project which is below RM1 million for high end low density condominium. Other project reached more than RM1 million or the density is high.

Allan's Water is a reservoir built by British engineer named FH Allan. He propose a reservoir to supply water to Fraser's Hill residents. He also propose small hydroelectric plant to be incorporated to the reservoir but the proposal does not materialize.

Currently the reservoir did not serve to supply water but instead it is converted into water recreational park. Beside the reservoir, there is a small organic farm that produce small amount of strawberries and vegetables. The price is affordable and the taste is not bad either. During weekends, it is advisable to come here early as there is only one vegetable farm here so the supply is quite limited.

Water Recreation Zone, Putrajaya, Malaysia

The water recreation zone is located near the Pullman hotel. There is an outdoor swimming pool near the water recreation zone. There is a man made beach beside the man made lake. The water is certified fit for water activities. Among the water recreation activities here is water skies, swimming and boating.

So pack your swimsuit and head to Putrajaya

Halia Restaurant, Sime Darby Convention Centre, Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Halia Restaurant is located inside Sime Darby Convention Centre. The location is near the INTAN office beside SPRINT Highway. Parking facilities is free. The launch buffet will cost you RM69. You can apply to become Sime Darby Convention Centre member to get 15 percent discount. 

Overall the food is good. I love grilled lamb with black paper sauce, fruits and ice cream choices. Launch buffet is from 12pm to 4pm. Halia Restaurant is also suitable for corporate functions.
